Swansea Councillors to take a look at Environmental Enforcement

A Working Group has been set up to look at environmental enforcement in Swansea. The Cabinet Member for Environment and Infrastructure Management, the Head of Highways and Transportation and the Head of Waste Management and Parks will attend the meeting to discuss the issues with Councillors and provide an overview report on the matter.

They will look at, for example, the information available and ask questions and discuss the current situation in Swansea in relation to the enforcement / prevention of environmental issues such as fly tipping, dog fouling, litter, pavement parking etc. and the efforts to reduce / tackle any problems identified.

The meeting will be held on the 5th February at 10.00 am in Committee Room 5 at the Guildhall, Swansea.  The agenda will be available one week prior to the meeting by following this link.
