Looking at performance

The Corporate Improvement and Budget Scrutiny Panel will meet again next week to look at the Council’s Performance over the 3rd quarter of 2012 (Oct-Dec).

Some of the results that will be looked at include:

  • How well we deliver services in the Contact Centre
  • Sickness absence
  • School attendance
  • Flytipping
  • Library visits
  • Stability of placement of Looked After Children

These are an example of some of the core set of performance indicators that are being monitoring by scrutiny on a quarterly basis.  The report says that 67% of indicators met their Quarter 3 target with an acceptable level of performance and 47% met their aspirational target.
