The Schools Performance Scrutiny Panel at their next meeting on 13 August will look at the implications of this for children and young people.  Councillors will meet with the Councils Chief Education Officer to discuss:

  1. What has changed or will change?
  2. What are the implications for Children and Young People/families, schools, the local authority?
  3. How are we preparing for the changes?
  4. Are we working with others to prepare?
  5. What are the key improvements in these changes?
  6. Who will benefit most/least from the changes?
  7. What are the anticipated financial implications?

Members of the public are welcome to attend. If you are interested in attending or wish to ask a question please let the Scrutiny Team know either by replying to this blog, email scrutiny@swansea.gov.uk or by phoning 01792 637256.
