A Scrutiny ‘Workforce’ Working Group will be held virtually on 29 March 2021.
The Working Group will look at ‘How the Council supports health & well-being of staff ’.
Planned discussion points include:
- Issues around home working
- Staff sickness
- Staff turnover
- Use of agency staff
- Work pressures
The following four cabinet members are invited to attend this meeting and answer questions:
- Cabinet Member for Delivery & Operations (Deputy Leader), Cllr David Hopkins
- Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care & Community Health Services, Cllr Clive Lloyd
- Cabinet Member for Business Improvement & Performance, Cllr Andrew Stevens
- Cabinet Member for Homes, Energy & Service Transformation (Deputy Leader), Cllr Andrea Lewis
